How many times have you sold the same house?
Its kind of fun being in real estate for along time and becoming the family realtor. You start off with one couple, who refer you over to their brother sister, parents, cousins and you eventually sell a house to everyone in the family. It gets even more exciting when each of those lives you touched come back to you to sell it again and then their buyers use you to sell when its time for a change. So how many times can you sell a house? I guess it depends on how long you are in real estate and how well you service your clients and keep in touch. My record is 5 so far.
